I have had a busy summer this year!

Over recent months I have been concentrating my efforts on kingfishers and the Hobby as well as spending some time at the Upton Warren Nature Reserve near Droitwich. Both the kingfisher and the Hobby are equally frustrating to capture images of but in different ways! The kingfisher will only turn up on your chosen perch when he or she feels like! Sometimes you can wait all day and there is no showing! The Hobby is not as elusive but swoops and dives so quickly that it is very difficult to focus on the bird properly in order to get a sharp image. Anyway these are some of my achievements to date.
